[Dcanet-voipnow-outage] Emergency Hosted PBX Software Update (Security Patch) - Thursday 6/28/2012 11:00pm - 12:00am

Hello,

	From 11:00pm-12:00am this evening, DCANet engineers will be performing an emergency software upgrade to apply a security patch on the SIP based hosted PBX voice system (VoipNow).  
Users on this system may experience a few brief phone service outages while the upgrades are being applied.  The maintenance is expected to last about 20-30 minutes.  However, we reserve 
the entire window for testing and verification.
