[DCANet]Notice of Verizon ADSL Changes

On Wednesday, August 20, 2003, DCANet will be performing upgrades on our
Verizon ADSL network.  These changes will begin at 5:00 AM and will be
complete by approximately 5:30 AM.

As a result of these changes, DCANet Verizon ADSL users will have
increased stability and reliability on their circuit and Internet access.
There is a very small chance that some customers will experience technical
difficulties as a result of these changes.  Those customers are encouraged
to contact the DCANet Helpdesk for assistance.

The helpdesk will be opening early, beginning at 7:00 AM, on Wednesday
August 20, 2003.

service.
