Today I heard a most interesting show on NPR's "Fresh Air." It was at 3 PM CST on Tuesday Nov 2nd. It was interview with a T.R. Reid, who has written a book making economic, etc., comparisons between the USA and the EC. The interview itself probably ranged beyond what the book covers (e.g., what the French think of the USA people; the role of religion in ordinary Europeans' lives).

TODAY, the link above has audio of this show. Thereafter, it can be found among the archived shows at "Fresh Air" at www.npr.org.

A brief description from that website follows. Reviews, etc., at www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/1594200335/qid=1099442815/sr=8-2/ref=sr_8_xs_ap_i2_xgl14/103-1420728-6189430?v=glance&s=books&n=507846#product-details
