Latest out of Zuerich: Those people who have mobile phones with the new MMS technology and who try to take unauthorized photos in Fitness centers and public pools will be banned. It's OK to take pics of a family and friends at an outing, but if you are snapping those without their knowing it, you will be banned.

How in the world to tell?

The French Swiss are not so quick to hit the photographers who can quickly upload the pics to the net. They say it hasn't happened, so why worry?

This is a good example of the divergence between German CH and French CH. The German faction sees a problem, publicizes a solution, but gives exceptions. The French CH says "why worry?", wait until it is a problem. 

Is it any wonder that the judicial part of CH comes mainly from The French segment, and the legislative element is situated in the German area. The old idea: Conservative vs. liberal.
