Whatever goes there shouldn't be high enough or large enough to block vision
of oncoming traffic across the Kreisel (a variant on Karussell, but my
dictionary says "gyroscope"?). I would vote for pavement, or low flowers if the
budget permits. But the occasional visits by gardeners might leave a service
vehicle obstructing the traffic lane.
