Compared to other countries, imported products in CH are 30% more 
costly. This ranges from washing machines to candy bars. A washing 
machine that costs 700 CHF in Germany (adjusted to CHF) costs 1965 CHF 
in CH. A Mars candy bar costs 0.75 CHF in Germany, and goes for 1.20 CHF 
here. There is a move afoot to change this.

If CH is taken as 100%, an article costs 70% in Great Britain, 65% in 
Germany, 58% in Austria, 58% in the USA, 55% in France, and only 40% in 
Italy.

Then again, those other countries don't have Heidi, William Tell, trains 
that run on time, the Matterhorn, and those cherry cheeked milk maids.
